We use deep tissue massage, joint manipulation and mobilisation, dry needling using acupuncture needles, heat treatment for pain relief, exercise prescription for postural correction, pilates based exercise for lumbar stability, manual handling advice for correct lifting to spare the spine, shoulder specific strength exercises.

 

Lets face it the body is a complicated organism.  We just can't do one type of treatment and expect it to get better.  With this type of experience and variety in treatment we can treat your injury more effectively and recover quicker.

 

We are now open for longer hours for your convenience  Monday to  Friday 9am to 6.30pm. We will bend over backwards to get you an appointment within 24 hours of your contacting us.

 

We also understand that price is important.  We know our competitors in the field are charging $80-$70 a standard visit and extra gap fees for Workcover and TAC injuries.  Here we are a preferred provide for MBA, NIB, HBA etc which means you get more back on your rebate.

 

If you had a work injury, TAC injury, Veteran Affairs or Medicare there is no gap fees to be paid.

 

Fees for private clients are $75 initial visit and $69 standard visit.  Pensioners and Students $70 initial visit and $64 standard visit.  You can pay by card or cash and directly swipe your private insurance card for an immediate rebate which means less out of pocket expense.
